Registration:  All dogs entering any NAVHDA test are required to be NAVHDA registered, please include the completed current year entry form.  Entries close 3 days prior to test date. Tests fill up quickly and preference is not given to chapter members (your preference is advanced notice of test dates). Include test entry form and cheque  payable to OGR NAVHDA (please send no cash).   Mail to the Test Secretary as indicated on test form.  Entries are on a first come, first serve basis and there is a no bumping policy. You will be notified that you have been placed either on a running list or, if we are full, a waiting list. A final running order should be set 2 to 3 days before the test and you will be advised via. e-mail or telephone if you do not have email.

Refund Policy: If you withdraw from the test 2 weeks prior to the test, your entry fee will be refunded only if there is a dog on the waiting list. If you withdraw within two weeks of the test there will be no refund. If your dog cannot run due to an injury, your entry fee will be refunded (A note from your Veterinarian is required).

Details: 

A Handlers Notice will be emailed to entrants prior to the test to include running order, time test begins and directions.

Test begins promptly as indicated.  All entrants are required to check in no later than 30 minutes prior to the test start time..  

Please check in with the test secretary upon arrival.

There is no training or running dogs allowed on test grounds. 

A BBQ style lunch will be served for a reasonable fee.  Please help keep the grounds clean and dispose of all garbage in receptacles provided.
